Privacy Policy

Last updated 17 September 2026

This policy explains how personal data is handled on this Dunearn House information website ("the site"). It is written with reference to Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

1. Who we are

This site is currently a demonstration build. The operator named on it, Alex Tan (Demo Agent) of Example Property Agency, is fictional, and the registration shown ("DEMO — not valid") is not a real CEA number. When the site goes live, this section will name the CEA-licensed salesperson and estate agency responsible for your data. The site is not operated by the developer, Phoenix Dunearn Pte Ltd.

2. What we collect

When you submit the enquiry form we collect your name, Singapore mobile number, email address, the unit type you are interested in and your consent. We do not ask for your NRIC number or financial details.

3. Why we collect it

4. How we contact you

With your consent, a CEA-licensed salesperson may contact you by phone call, SMS, WhatsApp or email about this enquiry. We will check the Do Not Call Registry where the law requires it. You can ask us to stop at any time.

5. Preview status: no enquiries are sent

In this demonstration build, lead delivery is switched off. The form checks your entries in your browser and shows a message, but your details are not sent or stored by us.

6. Third-party services

The Location section embeds a map from Google Maps. When the map loads, Google may collect information such as your IP address and may set cookies, under Google's own privacy policy. This site does not currently use analytics or advertising pixels. If that changes, this section will be updated before they are switched on.

7. Who we share it with

On a live build, your enquiry will be shared only with the salesperson and estate agency named in section 1, and with the service provider that delivers the form to them. We do not sell personal data.

8. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. The live retention period will be stated here by the operator.

9. Protection

We take reasonable security steps to protect personal data. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

10. Your choices

You may ask to access or correct your personal data, or withdraw consent, by writing to the operator's data protection contact. For this demonstration build, that contact is privacy@example.invalid, which is a placeholder and does not receive email. You may also refer concerns to the Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC).
